Former Employee - Cinema Worker says"- 7 days a week is a flat rate, no weekend rates. penalty rates only start at 12am and is 1.5X and 2x after 2am - most of the managers are snakes and don't respect staff - manager's do dodgy things - when you walk into the office before and after your shift the managers alway make you feel like you're being an inconvnience. - constantly have rodent, insect problems and manager's don't do anything about it but somehow pass the safety inspections when the officers inspect the place. - manager's tell you they have quarterly staff movie screenings but you're lucky if you get 2 staff screenings a year. - manager's force you to spray mortein on popcorn bags when there are maggots inside the popcorn bags and force you to still make the popcorn and serve it to customers. - manager's are always cuttings your shifts (especially the main lux manager's). - lux manager's constantly make you feel like you're walking on egg shells when they're around you. - manager's will firstly ask if a situation makes hoyts liable over the customers safety if a customer falls over. - lux managers are always micromanaging you - rostering - will roster you to close and finish at 12am and then roster you to open at 10am the next morning. - if you cancel one shift they will make you have a performance meeting about why you cancelled when you come in for your next shift. - the max pay you will receive is maxed out at $22.49 but only get this high when you turn 21. - management will call you up and ask where you are say you're working even though they never rostered you to work on that day."

Unfortunately your staff cannot find the receipt online and I certainly don’t have time to go back months trying to prove otherwise. So u are unable to give me a credit note.
